Amanda Taylor

Amanda began her dental career working with Dr. Drew Ellenwood at Dr. Drew & Crew, where she discovered her passion for patient care and the dental field. She went on to pursue dental hygiene and graduated from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith in 2005. With many years of experience in dentistry, Amanda likes building relationships with patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles. She is dedicated in educating patients on the importance of preventive dental health. Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and cheering on the Razorbacks at Arkansas football games. She is also the proud mom of a daughter who is currently attending the University of Central Arkansas.

Audrey Schuster

With over 20 years of experience in dental hygiene, Audrey is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. She especially values the relationships she builds with patients and enjoys the one-on-one interaction that allows her to provide personalized, compassionate care. Her dedication to patient comfort, education, and prevention helps create a positive experience for every person she treats. Outside of the office, Audrey enjoys spending time with her family. She is married and the proud mother of two daughters. In her free time, she loves traveling, shopping, exercising, reading, and making memories with her family.

Angie Gonzalez

Angie brings over 30 years of experience in dental hygiene and a genuine passion for patient care to our practice. She especially enjoys working with children and helping patients feel comfortable while building healthy habits that last a lifetime. Her friendly personality make every visit a positive experience. Outside of the office, Angie loves spending time with her family. She is the proud mother of one daughter and son in law with a sweet granddaughter who keeps her smiling. Recently, the family welcomed a new grand puppy who has quickly become a beloved member of the household. Angie is dedicated to helping every patient achieve and maintain a healthy, confident smile.

Shauna Sharpe

Shauna graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith in 2015 and went on to complete her bachelor’s degree in 2019. Since beginning her career, Shauna has been committed to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health through education, prevention, and personalized care. Shauna truly loves what she does and strives to create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient she serves. Her focus on prevention and patient-centered care allows her to build lasting relationships while promoting healthy, confident smiles. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and chasing their two boys. She loves reading and going to the lake whenever she has the opportunity.

Tuesday Bailey

Tuesday is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith in 2010. She has been dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles for over a decade, with a focus on patient comfort, education, and preventive care. Tuesday is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and believes that a positive dental experience starts with compassion, trust, and clear communication. Outside of the office, Tuesday enjoys spending time with her family. She has been married to her husband, Justin, for 15 years, and together they have two daughters, January and Norah. Their home is also shared with two dogs and two cats, making life lively and full of love. In her free time, Tuesday enjoys relaxing with a good book.

Tasha Medlock

With 15 years of experience, Tasha has built her career around one simple belief: every patient deserves to feel genuinely cared for. A 2011 graduate of the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith, she takes the time to get to know the people in her chair and their goals, because comfort and trust are the foundation of great dental health. Outside the office, Tasha is a proud wife and mom to two energetic boys, ages 6 and 8. She loves basketball, biking, traveling, and spending time with family, and she volunteers in the kids’ ministry at her church. At the end of the day, she believes the best thing you can offer anyone is kindness, and she brings that same spirit to every patient, every family member, and every neighbor in her life.

Jill Teague

Jill is a Registered Dental Hygienist with 15 years of experience. She graduated from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith and have proudly been part of the Charleston Dentistry team for the past 14 years. What she loves most about her career is building lasting relationships with her patients—they truly feel like family and mean so much to her. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her two children, Presley and Camdyn, being outdoors, and hanging out with her dogs.
