Isaac Tuan Le, D.D.S.

Dr. Isaac Le was born Vietnam and raised up in Van Buren, Arkansas. He graduated from Van Buren High School in 2004. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith in 2008. Dr. Le earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry in 2013. Following his dental degree, Dr. Le completed his Preceptorship in Dental Implantology at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2016 and became a Fellow at The International Congress of Oral Implantology in 2017.

Dr. Le takes many advanced courses yearly to make sure his patients receive the best care available. As a General Dentist, he prides himself on the latest in dental techniques, technology, and procedure. From prevention and routine to comprehensive and complex treatments, Dr. Le enjoys all aspects of dentistry. Combining the art and science of dentistry, Dr. Le is a gifted clinician who delights in his ability to help and serve others in regards to their oral health. He is an active member of the River Valley Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, American Dental Association, and The International Congress of Oral Implantology.

Beside enjoy doing dentistry, Dr. Le loves traveling and spending time with his family. He is married to Kim and has two children, Ava and Jacob. Dr. Le also enjoys going to the gym, being outside and hunting.

Stan M. Udouj, D.M.D.

Dr. Stan Udouj is a 1986 graduate from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Louisville, Kentucky. He practiced with his father, Dr. Carl Udouj for five years, which began his extensive training in the field of Implant Dentistry. While Dr. Udouj offers all types of services for the entire family, his forte is in the field of Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantology, a member of the American Dental Association, and the Fort Smith Dental Association. Dr. Stan enjoys educating patients and offering creative alternatives so they may consider all available options regarding restoration of oral health in a fashion suitable for each individual.

On the personal side, Dr. Stan and his wife Patty have been married since 1983 and have three children (Emily, Luke, and Esther). Emily and her husband Aaron live in Fayetteville and have two children, Millie Kate and Margot. Dr. Stan and Patty have been very active in their interdenominational church since 1991 where Dr. Stan is one of the Bible Teachers.

Dr. Stan and Patty enjoy boating on Lake Ouachita, biking on northwest Arkansas bike trails, as well as an occasional kayaking expedition down the Ouachita River near Pencil Bluff. They also follow the Razorbacks.

Clayton Craig, D.D.S.

Dr. Clayton Craig graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2012. He earned his Master of Science in Oral Biology in 2015 from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Craig spent the first 6 years of his career practicing dentistry for the United States Army. Following completion of his active duty service, Dr. Craig returned home to Indianapolis Indiana where he practiced as a general dentist.

Dr. Craig joined Fort Smith Dentistry in October 2020 and is committed to practicing comprehensive dentistry. He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Craig married his wife Carlyn in 2008 and is the father of four children. As a family, they enjoy mountain biking, dirt biking, climbing and hiking.

Drew Ellenwood, D.D.S.

Dr. Drew Samuel Ellenwood graduated from the University of Oklahoma, College of Dentistry in 1986. He previously had graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. He established his practice in Fort Smith with Dr. T.W. Brown in 1987 and moved to Fort Smith Dentistry (then Regional Dental Center) in 1989.

From 1990 to 1992, Dr. Ellenwood trained with the Academy of GP Orthodontics to add orthodontics to his general practice. He has stayed active in the Academy of GP Orthodontics, having served as President for three terms and presently serving on the Board of Directors. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, of its constituent societies of the Arkansas State Dental Association and the West District Dental Association, and of the River Valley Dental Association here locally.

After 28 years of marriage to Dona followed by 9 years as a widower, Dr. Ellenwood married Traci. They have five children – Lucy, Samuel, Sara, Griffin, and Meredith – and four grandchildren – Nora, Daniel, Isaiah, and Elias. Dr. Ellenwood enjoys writing and reading, bicycling and gardening. He immerses in himself movies and music and served on the Board of Directors for the Fort Smith Symphony from 1997 to 2007. Dr. Ellenwood attends church at First Baptist, Greenwood and leads a Life Group there
