
Isaac Le, DDS
Dr. Isaac Le is a dedicated general dentist at Fort Smith Dentistry, where he has been serving the community since 2013. Born in Vietnam and raised in Van Buren, Arkansas, he is a true local to the area. After graduating from Van Buren High School in 2004, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith in 2008.
Dr. Le received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry in 2013. Committed to providing his patients with the most advanced care available, he completed a Preceptorship in Dental Implantology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2016 and was named a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology in 2017.
As a gifted clinician, Dr. Le blends the art and science of dentistry to manage everything from routine prevention to complex restorative treatments. He stays at the forefront of the field through extensive yearly continuing education, with a particular focus on root canal therapy, complex surgery, implants, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Le maintains active memberships in the International Congress of Oral Implantology, the American Dental Association, the Arkansas State Dental Association, and the River Valley Dental Association.
Dr. Le believes in a healthy work-life balance and finds his greatest joy in his family. He and his wife, Kim, are the proud parents of Ava, Jacob, and Isabella. As a true Arkansan, he loves being outside, whether he is traveling to new places, fishing, hunting, or playing sports.
Stan M. Udouj, DDS
Dr. Stan Udouj is a 1986 graduate from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Louisville, Kentucky. He practiced with his father, Dr. Carl Udouj for five years, which began his extensive training in the field of Implant Dentistry. While Dr. Udouj offers all types of services for the entire family, his forte is in the field of Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantology, a member of the American Dental Association, and the Fort Smith Dental Association. Dr. Stan enjoys educating patients and offering creative alternatives so they may consider all available options regarding restoration of oral health in a fashion suitable for each individual.
On the personal side, Dr. Stan and his wife Patty have been married since 1983 and have three children (Emily, Luke, and Esther). Emily and her husband Aaron live in Fayetteville and have two children, Millie Kate and Margot. Dr. Stan and Patty have been very active in their interdenominational church since 1991 where Dr. Stan is one of the Bible Teachers.
Dr. Stan and Patty enjoy boating on Lake Ouachita, biking on northwest Arkansas bike trails, as well as an occasional kayaking expedition down the Ouachita River near Pencil Bluff. They also follow the Razorbacks.
Clayton Craig, D.D.S.
Dr. Clayton Craig graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2012. He earned his Master of Science in Oral Biology in 2015 from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Craig spent the first 6 years of his career practicing dentistry for the United States Army. Following completion of his active duty service, Dr. Craig returned home to Indianapolis Indiana where he practiced as a general dentist.
Dr. Craig joined Fort Smith Dentistry in October 2020 and is committed to practicing comprehensive dentistry. He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Craig married his wife Carlyn in 2008 and is the father of four children. As a family, they enjoy mountain biking, dirt biking, climbing and hiking.
Drew Ellenwood, DDS
Dr. Drew Samuel Ellenwood graduated from the University of Oklahoma, College of Dentistry in 1986 after previously obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma in 1982. He established his practice in Fort Smith with Dr. T.W. Brown in 1987 and moved to Fort Smith Dentistry (then Regional Dental Center) in 1989.
From 1990 to 1992, Dr. Ellenwood trained with the Academy of GP Orthodontics to add orthodontics to his general practice. He has stayed active in the Academy of GP Orthodontics, having served as President for three terms and presently serving on the Board of Directors. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, of its constituent societies of the Arkansas State Dental Association and the West District Dental Association, and of the River Valley Dental Association here locally.
After 28 years of marriage to Dona followed by 9 years as a widower, Dr. Ellenwood married Traci Pixley in 2021. They have five children – Lucy, Samuel, Sara, Griffin, and Meredith – and four grands. Dr. Ellenwood immerses himself in movies and music. He served on the Board of Directors for the Fort Smith Symphony from 1997 to 2007. He attends church at First Baptist, Greenwood and leads a Life Group there.
Presently, Dr. Ellenwood is semi-retired from dentistry to work on the art of writing and the business of getting read.
Janette V. Nagrampa, DDS
Dr. Janette V. Nagrampa—” Dr. Jan”— is a caring and experienced dentist who is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. With a decade of combined dental experience, she is dedicated to providing gentle, high-quality care while making sure every patient feels comfortable and well informed during their visit.
Dr. Jan earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of the Philippines College of Dentistry. She was a board topnotcher and ranked 9th out of 1,188 examinees in the 2006 Philippine Dental Licensure Examination. She has also completed training through an externship program in Hospital Dentistry and Oral Surgery at the University of the Philippines-Philippine General Hospital, expanding her experience in managing more complex dental needs. She later on obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in the United States from the Indiana University School of Dentistry- International Dental Program. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Arkansas State Dental Association.
She has been married to her husband, Roland, for 15 years. In 2013, They moved to Fort Smith, and they have proudly called the community home ever since. When she’s not in the office, Dr. Jan enjoys traveling, and relaxing with her favorite Korean, Chinese, and Japanese shows. As a foodie, she is always excited and is in a constant lookout for different cuisines and coffee shops to try out.
Dr. Jan values long-term relationships with her patients and enjoys getting to know her patients and helping families maintain healthy smiles for years to come. She looks forward to welcoming you and helping you feel confident about smile and overall health.
John Phillips, DDS
Dr. John Phillips was born and raised in Fort Smith as a child. He attended Cavanaugh Elementary School until moving to Bokoshe, Oklahoma in the 5th grade. There, Dr. Phillips graduated High School in 2001 then attended Carl Albert for his Associates degree. Next up was earning Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Northeastern State University in 2005 and then attended and graduated from dental school at Oklahoma University College of Dentistry in 2009. Dr. Phillips has been practicing in the Fort Smith area for the last 16 years.
Although Dr. Phillips does most procedures, his favorite procedure to perform is providing root canal treatment to teeth that are causing acute pain or are possibly infected. This procedure is notorious to some for being extremely painful. He takes great joy in making them as comfortable and long lasting as possible. Dr. Phillips is also an Invisalign provider and has 8 years of experience providing clear aligner therapy to his patients. He also volunteers at the Community Dental Clinic in north Fort Smith where he is able to provide aid and comfort to anyone that is not able to receive treatment in a typical office setting.
Dr. Phillips married his wife, Kelly, in 2003. They have three children; Zachary, Delainey, and Payton. His favorite hobbies include gardening, golf, and attempting to capture the natural beauty of the world in photographs. He is a member of Rye Hill Baptist church.
An Ly, DDS
Dr. An Ly is a dedicated general dentist committed to delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care. She believes dentistry should combine precision, empathy, and clear communication, allowing patients to feel comfortable and confident in their treatment decisions. Her approach focuses on preserving natural tooth structure whenever possible while providing long-lasting, functional solutions tailored to each individual.
Dr. Ly earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at San Antonio. She is also a member of the Academy of GP Orthodontics, reflecting her commitment to continuing education and expanding her clinical expertise. In addition to routine general dentistry procedures, Dr. Ly also provides orthodontic treatment, including braces, to help patients achieve healthy and confident smiles.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ly enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and practicing modern calligraphy, a hobby she has pursued for many years. She appreciates the creativity and mindfulness that calligraphy brings and enjoys sharing that passion with others.
